i cannot upload microsoft flight simulator 40th edition. I had tried to upload with windows 7 Told by microsoft need windows 10 purchased and uploaded it now it will not accept code says "used". Please advise or send new code with instructions on uploading. Thank you

So that we can best help out we need clarification as to where you received the code. I understand that it's meant to be used in the Windows 10 store, but where did you get the code? The Windows 10 store doesn't provide codes, but you can redeem codes that
you received elsewhere.
