says "account Banned" , no help from support , no email from xbox , called 800 ...

10 year subcriber here , extremely disappointed with Xbox customer support. Paid for the full year and now on day 2 of not being able to sign on. Still no contact from Xbox live as to why . Phone support says that even though it says account banned for
1 day , it will really be 2 full days but still they dont know why it was banned . They said Enforcment team " should've " emailed me .....no email . I am emmarrassed of and for the Xbox live team as they have proven to me to be amatuerish in performance
yet they took my money and have ran

ok i tried that too but its says "The email address associated with your Microsoft account can't be changed"... and no one from support doesnt know what to do they say they dont know what the code 80151006 means

thanks for reply, i had to make this fake email just to access the forums . i made post but no reply yet. I get frustrated when i am forced to demand something ive already paid for and im dealing with a company thats trying to give customer service with
on hand tied around their balls. what a disappointment , especially how ive always argued in favor of Xbox and against Sony online. I really have zero clue as to why my account is banned...will demand restitution for down time and will cancel subscription
