Saying we have Different Amounts of gift card money on the same account?

ok, it did not show any purchases, only the latest gift cards. Recently, I've found out it's the same on other games. On Forza Horizon 3, it's the same 4.72 dollars but 29.70 on balance. I've tried removing old accounts, emails, Balance checking, order
history, etc. it's not working and it's really upsetting.

Order History to confirm that the codes were entered to the correct account.

If you find that it is in the correct account go ahead and try to
Remove and then Add the account to the console and then give it another try.

I've just done that and it says that I've redeemed the gift cards and it's showing up on my Xbox balance account but it's the same 4.72 when trying to purchase.

Yes, It is the same account on which the Amount of money I have is different the amounts of money. The other Family accounts are not used and have no money in them. I've checked, it's only this account that has this problem.

OrderHistory but you will be checking to see if it shows the order for V-bucks. Does it show that there was a purchase completed? Also, it might be best to

remove and re-add your account.

Perhaps there is an issue with the account itself and removing it
would help. If not, you can check on a PC or through the web browser in case it shows a different dollar amount compared to the order history or account on the console.

Yes, when I check on the account billing on Xbox settings and email account, it says the 29.70 but when I try to buy v-bucks for Fortnite, it's 4.72. Everything else like Bundles is the normal amount of money.
