    Hi,

    I should be getting 10% back but rewards saying I'm not a gold member and get 5% back. I have always been a gold member and my gold runs out at the end of next year.

    Why is my xcl account say i'm not a gold member

    I wanted to join the ammbassador program but it keeps saying i'm not a gold member even though I am one. someone help please!
