    saying i need to renew gold but also telling me i already have it


    So, i tried playing today and was told to play a games with gold game i needed to renew gold. i thought it was automatic so it seemed odd, but i went ahead and tried to sign for a year. got a message saying sorry, only one of these can be had per account.
    So, i figured i'd try a 2 day code to see if that would work. got a message saying i already had gold. but yet, i cant play any of the games i got thru games with gold or play any multiplayer online. Any suggestions as to whats going on here? thanks in advance

    Haha, typical. I tried for ages to get this to work, but I tried again right after starting this thread and it works again now. I guess it's just teething troubles with it being a new system.

    Hi,

    I tried out the YouTube app last night and it works great. I tried to use it today and when it launches it says something like "To use YouTube, please sign into an account that has Xbox Live Gold". I only have 1 account on my Xbox One and it has Xbox Live
    Gold, as I just renewed it last week in anticipation of the new console.

    Anything I can do to fix this? The app is great, but now I can't use it!

    I view your profile on my xbox one by looking you up to confirm you do have gold. Have you tried any thing to fix this problem yet? If not i suggest you delete your profile and redownload it.

    Hi,

    been having this problem recently and need some help. seems likes it's pretty similar to me.

    My membership says that I have Xbox live gold but every time I try to play online or use a feature that requires Xbox live gold it says, I need to buy an Xbox live gold membership to access this feature.

    I have multiple emails notifying me of renewals and cancellations after I had tried to renew, not sure if it's some sorta glitch loop that's gonna add charges to me.

    Can someone please tell me how to fix this problem.

    Family Plan discontinuation and lack of ability to revert to Silver Membership

    I know for a fact that it will not even allow me to even connect, as it says there is a problem renewing the account's gold, and then signs me out. The problem is, the Gold Family Plan was renewed around February, and is saying it is out already.

    Tenure missing on Xbox One!

    I also have this problem I recently just ran out of gold and renewed it through the site and it says I have 3 years tenure on the 360 but nothing on the One. Misses Joust could you tell me if my tenure is still intact or not?
