Saying i dont own it any more

If it was originally purchased on your account then try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down. If that doesn't work then you may need to uninstall then reinstall it. You can reinstall from my games
and apps then ready to install.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue that you're experiencing.

Are you currently signed in to the account that owns the license to the game?

I would first suggest
Remove / Add the profile from the Xbox console .

Once you've tried that, go to the Xbox Store on the console and try to launch the game from there.

hey it says I don't have Minecraft as well but I do because I got it for free from the old xbox one edition of Minecraft which I got from around the release of the xbox one and because it says I don't own
the game I cant get a duplicate on my laptop

If it came with the xbox and u have rebooted it yet then minecraft was erased do to technical issues

I would definitely see if you're able to find the game in the purchase history of your Microsoft account as redeemed.

Minecraft is not a play anywhere game, if you had originally gotten the Xbox One edition, then you would have to purchase it for Windows 10 if you were unable to claim it during the

better together free update promotion.
