    Saying I am not connected to the internet but it really is


    I have a Windows 10 and the Xbox app anytime I try to sign on with my own account it says it is not connected to the internet but it really is. I have a great connection to wifi so that makes no sense. If anyone could help it would be great thanks.

    Hey there -

    Are you getting a specific error message or code (XBOS-0000 or 0x00000000) that you can provide to us? And could you clarify what steps you've tried already? Have you reset your home network yet? If not, start by unplugging your Xbox One console and router
    and waiting a couple minutes and trying again.

    This is not the first time I have tried to sign in. I have not made any changes to my computer. I do not have any other windows 10 devices to try it on.

    Thank you. None of that works. It sees my router,The connection test confirms I am connected but somehow Xbox Live Services says I am not connected to internet even though the internet connection test says I am.
