Do you mean the purchased games, profile, achievements and progress made in your games?

If that's the case, yes. You only need to sign in with your account on the new Xbox to see the games purchased and the information associated with your account

On top of this, when I go to try and exchange my gamertag again, it has my old one. When I click the Xbox logo in the top left, it resets the page and has my new gamertag for a second then goes back to my old one. When I try to change to my new gamertag it then wants me to pay for it. What do I do?

So the account is still active on the old Xbox and I can see the profile on Xbox live but when I try log in it says I need to reset password through my old number which I don’t own and when I try to recover it with my new email it says I haven’t provided enough information for them to believe it is me

in short old xbox live account lost, still want same Facebook on new account, can't access old xbox account to unlink, and Facebook doesn't show my Facebook as connected but when I try connecting Facebook to new account it says it's logged in to the old
