Saving old Xbox game data for a new Xbox

Hello so once you login in on the new XBox any games YOUVE PURCHASED will be available to install in the games menu. Even if you didnt purchase the game you will still have all of the games saved data in your cloud. That way if you do decide to purchase
the game you will have your game data. Ok now whoever you were sharing with if they want to let you make your Xbox their Xbox home then you will be able to share all the downloaded games that that person has purchased. It would be up to them though.

As long as you're signed into Live while playing, your saves are stored on the cloud. So if you get a new console you would just sign into your account and the saves will sync when you start a game.

Oh I figured it out! I reset my Xbox 360 data under settings. Then restarted the Xbox one. Started a new game. So I might have lost my old game saves but now I can save my new ones!

Could please be more specific on which device are you playing this game on. Is it on a Windows 10 PC , or Xbox Console?

Usually when you select new it means that you start anew, with new data not the old one that was saved.

You can try checking with the game developers for more information on how to recover your old data.

As long as your connected to xbox live then any save data is copied to the cloud.

The first time you start the game on your new console it will sync the data & download your save so you can carry on where you left off on your old console.
