Saving Multiple games

We have 3 profiles on our XBone. Profile started playing and was savings as they went through it. Profile 2 wanted to start a new game. In doing this it appears to have wiped out Profile 1's progress. Can multiple profiles have multiple progress saves in
this game?

Question about saving multiple games....

I just downloaded this for my girlfriend's son. He's having a blast with it. My question is, is there a way i can start another game (on the same XBOX One) without destroying all of the progress he's already made? I would like to play the game myself,
but not if I can't have two games going at the same time. He would be a little upset if I erased his progress. Thanks.

hmm- saving multiple setups is a pretty good idea.

 

As long as they're signed into their own account, each profile should have their own save without interfering with the other profiles.

 

That's what I thought too, but its not the case. When I go to a new profile it says resume. I have to force the restart of the game and also there isn't an option to load a saved game.

 

The only thing I can suggest is to make sure that the first account is signed out completely while the other accounts are trying to play.

 

ensure your original GT is not on the other Xbox at all and hasn’t been. The save may be tied to that one from a previous time or something.
