saving in between missions.

I'm new to this game and frustrated because I can save what I've accomplished between checkpoints within the mission. I can't pass this one level after I've accomplished so much and if I Quit Mission it won't save what I've achieved. This game sucks!!! I
need help.

Saving mid mission??

I get that the enemies respawn, that's good in the game. I just want to see the map. Do the random caves change location? I'd assume the map stays the same, but who knows..

Saving mid mission??

I save whenever I'm in town by clicking on my banner and changing the pattern or something. When you leave the banner editor it saves the game for you. It's also a great way of making sure you don't lose that amazing legendary you just found

Most games now a days use checkpoints as save points rather then use a manual save feature.

You could also make a save between each mission so you can always go back and play whichever one you want.

Are you sure that your Microsoft account is linked to the Steam version of MCC in-game? If you get a mid-mission checkpoint, your data will not save between the Xbox and PC.
