    I just got an Xbox 360 before yesterday and GTA 5. I tried to play it but Everytime I go Xbox home, it says if you click yes all your progress is gonna b lost. It says that they're not saved. Any recommendations or any help please

    Hi I just bought the xbox 1 and everytime I play a game I have to start from the beginning??? Can anyone tell me how to save my progress on my xbox 1???

    Saving games/progress

    A game message along the lines of "if you proceed, your progress will not be saved" is usually something that comes up when you don't select a storage device to save your games on, and the game proceeds to let you play without saving.

    What kind of Xbox 360 do you have? Does your Xbox 360 have a storage device to save games on? If you have Xbox Live Gold, you could also try saving your games to the Cloud when asked to select a storage device.

    slightly related - what is the point of the mid mission save statues? I always save at them, but isn't it saving your game at the checkpoint that always immediately occurs at the screen where you find the save statue? I thought I might be able to quit
    and resume from those statues, but you can't - at least not in story. So what is the point of the save statues?

    Wow - I was wrong. Turns out that I didn't give the game a chance to load from my previous save statue position. I was confused because the mission I left was Amon Hen - when I loaded my save, I was in the canoes paddling and I assumed I would start the
    mission from the beginning. In stead when I arrived at the shore the mission started from the save statue position.

    There should be a "Save and Quit to Middle Earth" option when saving at the statue. That would make things a little more clear.

    I do not know of anyway for him to keep his progress once he changes his gamertag. I am not sure how the save system is set up for COD.

    Personally i do not believe, but you shouls check with activision.

    Unfortunately progress is strictly linked to your xbox love account.

    Anyway, are you aware of the xbox home process?
