    Saving clips from Xbox to the app.


    Ok I have a question,when I save a clip on my Xbox,it send me a notification to my phone saying it's been uploaded,but when I click the link it tells me to "refresh or check back later"so I'll wait about 2 minutes,refresh,nothing pops up.i close the app out on my phone and click back into it,no trace or sign of that clip.but it's still saved onto my Xbox...how do I fix this issue?just started a YouTube channel and I really rely on these clips.camt post anything because of this situation.

    Hi there!

    Since your captured clip was uploaded successfully, it must be on the cloud already. I believe that this is a bug on their system not showing on your Xbox app on mobile. I have seen this issue from other players already. I suggest that you instead wait and try it again at a later time.

    You may as well report it or file a bug directly to Team Xbox via Report a problem app for them to properly investigate it. Check your guide here https://support.xbox.com/help/account-profile/m...

    If you go to the YouTube app via X1 there is an option to upload clips/videos from your saved upload clips.

    Screenshots and clips are uploaded on the Xbox network, but if you saved ones to an external hard drive, disconnect that drive.

    If you want to export the clips and screenshots from the Xbox network you can do it using the Xbox console companion app on PC

    Or the Xbox mobile app

    Turn Off Video Snapshots

    When on the Xbox One home screen press the menu button and go to settings, then preferences, and uncheck where it says "record clips with game DVR." Saved clips can be found and deleted in the Upload app, not Upload Studio though. Highlight clips in the
    "saved clips" section, press the menu button, then choose delete.
