  1. Saves are not transfering


    I'm having trouble with the Xbone not downloading my previous X360 game saves.

    I went on my X360 and copied my save files from the HDD to the Cloud. I installed the save files on my Xbone, everything looked OK but it didn't work. Uninstalled everything, did a hard reset then reinstalled, still didn't get my saves to work.

    does the save from the 360 regular version transfer over to this version? would really like to not have to start my game over

    Well the main part with linking account is for transfering save from OLD-GEN to Current-Gen Saves are not transfering :)

    Sorry to hear about the issue. Do you get a specific error message or code (XBOS-0000 or 0x00000000) when you try to load your save? Have you seen the guide on

    issues syncing cloud saves
    yet? If not, take a peek at that and try the steps listed there.

  6. What's weird is in my achievements section on the Xbox One I have two achievement slots for Bad Company 2. One slot shows all my progress and new achievements show up here but there is no section that shows time played. In the second slot it shows time played
    on Xbox One in one section and a second section is for achievements which shows 0/0 achievements and that's all that this second slot shows. Very strange!

    Yes, I've seen the guide. No error messages. Same thing happened with SSX.

    What's weird is in my achievements section on the Xbox One I have two achievement slots for Bad Company 2. One slot shows all my progress and new achievements show up here but there is no section that shows time played. In the second slot it shows time played
    on Xbox One in one section and a second section is for achievements which shows 0/0 achievements and that's all that this second slot shows. Very strange!

    Hey Steiner -

    So the double achievement thing is an issue that we're aware of and the appropriate teams are working on it. I don't have any further information on the progress but it is something that is being investigated.

    Regarding your cloud transfer: If it's still not working after the troubleshooting guide, you'll want to fill out the

    backward compatible survey
    . That information is passed along to the investigative teams for them to review.

    Live Account transfer???dodgey

    The license transfer only transfers content lisenses. It does not transfer game saves. You would have to use a data transfer cable as suggested or a usb drive to transfer the saves.

    I was having trouble transferring saves; with the update, I was able to transfer one of my worlds. There is a second one I'm trying to transfer, and it seems to upload just fine, but when I go to download the transfer, it downloads the first save--but names
    it as the second one. It looks normal and has the correct picture/icon for the last save point, but when I enter the world, it's the wrong save. Is there a way to delete the save in the cloud-transfer area and start again?

    Transfer Saves?

    You have to move the save, they can't be copied/backed up, but moving it entirely will work.
