    Savegame lost on Xbox One X AC Origins


    Hi, on monday I played the last time AC Origins on my Xbox One. Today I‘ve started the game again and my savegame wasn‘t available anymore. I tried all I could find. Delete my account on the Box and reinstalled it, so my safe Game could be synced from the
    cloud. Gut still wasn‘t there. I have deleted the game and reinstalled it, but same, no Safe Game. Please tell me know, that you Van restore my safe game. I‘ve spent more than 42 hours on that game and please don‘t Tell me that now everything is lost and I‘ve
    to Start it again. Hopefully the support team finds a safe game in my cloud account and can restore it.

    Xbox repair with with preinstalled game

    Hi, i'll return my xbox to microsoft for repair (fan's problem) but having Ac origins preinstalled on my xbox, if they can't repair the console and send me a new one, will I got AC origins too ? Thanks.

    MHW: SaveGame after Cloud Sync deleted

    Befor 2 days i played the campain of Monster Hunter World.

    Now i was on my second Xbox in my sleepingroom to play one more round.

    I started the game, cloud sync detected the old savegame on my console und load the newest one.

    Then i became a error that this savegame is broken. Even after a new sync all data´s are lost.

    Is there a option to load older savegame files? When i lost with the older savegame one day or two it will be ok.

    But so i lost 70 hours of gameplay and start again with nothing.

    Red Dead Redemption 2 is definitely one game that I would recommend. Far Cry 5, Assassin's Creed Origin and AC Odyssey all looks awesome on Xbox One X.

    What happen when you clear local saved games

    The Xbox One has a specially reserved storage space to keep a local copy of the cloud savegames stored online.

    That storage space is only used to keep a local copy of your savegames to speed up loading, or to store savegames temporarily when your console was not connected online.

    If you clear that save game storage, this storage is cleared.

    If the console was connected online, your savegames are already synced to the cloud, and will be re-downloaded the next time you start a game.

    If there are unsynchronized savegames on your console, because the console was offline, your savegame for that offline play will be lost.

    Hello AZ haxor,

    What model of Xbox One do you have?

    Is it the original one? Cause maybe the issue lies in the AC Brick. In case that you don't have the original model but Xbox One S/X, can you try to change the cord used to connect it to the electricity? Maybe it is damaged.
