    Savegame crash


    Yesterday i wanted to play my favourit game Forza Horizon 3. At the start up it crashed. After a second Launch the game asked me which save game i want to sync. i choose the newest on my pc. Bow all my stats cars and archievments are gone. I must start from
    the beginng. Is there an any opportunity to get the Backup from the 25.06.2017? that would be very nice. thx alot.

    I don't even get a message that my savegame is corrupt, if i load the savegame the xbox just crashes ...

    I wish i had my players back Savegame crash :( ....

    Can you try to start the game with a different profile?

    If the game gets to the "Press A" screen, and then crashes, it might be an issue with a savegame.

    If the game loads fine on a different profile, your savegame might be corrupted. Go to the storage settings, and clear the local savegame cache.

    Try loading the game again, and let the game synchronize your saves from the cloud.

    If the game still crashes, the cloud save is corrupted, and I'm afraid you need to start over or see if another save loads.

    Probably no.

    Did you turned off the console directly after "Save & Quit"?

    Cause then he was Saving and you crashed your Savegames.

    Even if you turn into Xbox Control he "discard" / "crashes" the actual saving Savegame.

    Would explain why you need to restart / redo the Mission.
