Saved Xbox One games for gold

I had saved a number of games for Xbox One when I using my Xbox 360. Setup my Xbox One today and only 2, of approximately 8 games I had saved, are available. What happened to all my other games I had saved for d/l when I converted to Xbox One? Additionally,
where on this site can I see what games I have queued for d/l ?

You don't need Gold for cloud saves, Silver membership works for that also.

14 days xbox gold promotion code does not let me transfer my data from x360 to new xbox one

i never had xbox gold so far. i bought a new xbox s one with 14 days xbox gold promotion. on the x360 i see the cloud storage and the saves from the xbox one, but i cannot upload/move my xbox 360 saved game states. xbox gold is generally not shown at the
x360.

must i buy an real xbox gold membership to transfer my saved game states to xbox one? i though the promotion code is also for this?

The games should be in the Games and Apps section of the dashboard. All games that you bought but haven't yet downloaded will be at the end of the games list, under "Ready to Install".

If the games are not appearing there. To find the games you have queued, click your own gamertag at the the top of this very page. From the drop-down menu, select "Microsoft Account". You may need to sign in again at this point,
do so. At the top of the page, click on "Payments and Billing". You will see what you have downloaded, and are ready to download there.

The only 2 games that were ready for d/l have been d/l. No more are listed. Also the section on this site you recommended only shows purchases made nothing else. Tried various filters Do not see anywhere about ready to d/l.

Did you have a month/week/day of not being a LIVE member? Any missed time on being a Xbox LIVE member you'll lose the GwG games for the XB1.

That is not the case for the 360 though. You keep what you dl.

None of the above. Been an active Gold member 10 years.

And it appears the 360'games for Novemebr are not available on One. As claimed online.

So I've not only lost the games I had saved for d/l but also games that should be cross platform are not.

Go to
account.microsoft.com/.../orders (be sure you're logged in). You should be able to see everything you've bought. Then contact MS support with the order numbers of the games you're missing.

Didnt help. Only thing listed in the orders section are paid orders. Guess those games are gone. Oh well.

Be aware that the saving for Xbox 360 backwards compatible games on the Xbox One is a bit more complicated than saving on an original Xbox 360, or game saves for actual Xbox One games.

The Xbox 360 games have no idea of the Xbox One's concept of "suspending" games and multitasking.

So if you are done playing a Xbox 360 game, you HAVE TO make sure to properly quit the game by going to the Home Screen, and pressing the Menu button on the main game tile.

There choose to Quit the Xbox 360 game.

Only then the game will properly write the save file and is ready to be synchronized and uploaded to the cloud.

Also: NAT as well as Gold memberships don't affect saving on the Xbox One. You only need Gold to use the cloud save on a real Xbox 360 console.

Hi!

All your cloud saved games (and saved progress) will remain linked to your account even if you don't have an active xbox live gold subscription. If you redeemed some of the Xbox One "games with gold" you can't play them without the gold subscription but
you will be able to play them if you will re-activate your gold subscription in the future.

Cloud storage won't work with a 2 day gold trial. Requires at least a full month of Xbox Live Gold.

If you have Gold on the One you also have Gold on the 360 if you log into the console with the account that has Gold. Buy a month of Gold on the One and use that to load save games into the cloud and access them from the Xbox One. Backward compatible games
won't transfer, they need to be downloaded to Xbox One from within My Games and Apps.

I just tried on several games both quitting from Xbox One menu and 360 Guide Menu (Leave game) with no success. Save games are still in upload pending status.
