    Hey everyone,

    So i recently moved from the USA to Belgium. I just hooked up my Xbox to play assassins creed and all of my saved progress from when i last played in the states is no where to be found! Has this happened to y’all? Super frustrating i don’t want to waste
    my time replaying half the game! Let me make!

    Hello EelvatedOne282,

    Did you make sure that you are logged in through a stable connection? Did you manually check for Windows and game updates and selected Restart on your device afterwards?

    Progress not saved

    I solved the Crater Lake puzzle in Landscapes 3 times yesterday, however each time after I solved it, opening the program later showed that it had not been solved. When I opened the jigsaw program this morning, it showed my earned gold, then about 30 seconds
    later, subtracted some, and again, Crater Lake is showing as not completed. Restarting doesn't fix, or any of the other things in the other threads about similar issues.

    Why is it deleting my progress?

    Not saving progress!!!

    I have the xbox one and just bought this game. Same issues for me; "no saved data". I did this twice now. So what I did was uninstalled and re installed the game and there was my data. So last night I completely 100% let the game install and tried again.
    Saved and exit; I'll know later today after work if it worked this time. Has anyone since this post had success in saving your game data?

    This happens to me ALL the time.

    do you have multiple profiles?

    I have my profile and my daughters profile connected to my one (so we can play Diablo and the kids can save their character). Occasionally Lego Marvel confuses the two profiles. I find that I have to make sure I go to dashboard, sign out my daughters profile,
    make sure mine is signed in, then reload the game.
