    Saved Games Not Showing Up


    Good evening.

    I am currently having an issue with my Xbox 360 where none of my saved games will load in any of the games I have either on a disc or downloaded. I can physically see them when I go into "Storage" under System Settings and I backed all of them up to an external
    USB drive that I can also see them in within my Xbox system as well as on my laptop.

    This just happened last week and prior to that, everything was loading just fine. I should also add that all of the games I have still see all of the DLC content which seems very odd to me that none of my saved games will load.

    I did some digging around online but I couldn't find anyone with the exact same issue as myself so any help would be appreciated.

    Hi,

    Recently the Xbox did a factory reset on it's own. I understand that it is related to a bug in the latest update.

    The problem we're having is that we can't seem to find our cloud in the storage settings so that we can access our saved games. We lost everything basically and we can't figure out how to get anything back. We have an Xbox Live Gold membership.

    Please help!

    here     for more info on cloud saves. Double check and make sure you're signing in with the same Gamertags that were on the console before and that the console is connected to the internet. Thanks!

    A couple things to try first and hopefully one of them will fix this issue for you. I'll include links to the XBox Support site as well with steps to walk you through it.

    First, try clearing your system cache:

    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache.aspx

    If that doesn't help at all, try deleting your Profile and Recovering your Gamertag:

    support.xbox.com/.../gamer-profile.aspx

    Lets see if one of those helps at all.

    Also try removing your Hard drive and pluging it back in. This happens to me with my game libray and taking out my hard drive seems to do the trick.
