    Saved game won't load.


    Hubby is playing this game, but his saved game won't load. It was working fine yesterday & the day before, but once I added myself & my son's profile, the game won't load! Help me! Should he have saved it in the Cloud & not in the internal memory? Please,
    please Help!

    Saved game won't load

    It won't load my last saved game and is only starting as a new player, is there a way I can retrieve it so I don't lose the progress I've made so far?

    Game won't load a saved game

    Hello Alanchar,

    Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. In regards to the issue with your game save not loading, have you tried to

    Remove and Re-add your profile     to the console? If not, I would suggest doing so as this will force the console to resync the game save with the cloud data. If you would like more info on cloud saves please view this article for

    Cloud Saved Data FAQ    .

    Additionally, I would also recommend trying a
    Soft Factory Reset    , (Keep your Games & Apps), on your console. This will remove everything from the console except your games and apps and should resolve the issue.
