Saved game for Forza Horizon 3 missing from cloud

Hello I have a problem where my Forza Horizon 3 save game(That I have put a lot of effort into) has disappeared from my cloud. I made the save on my sisters account (which at this current time I have no access to) and I have bought a new limited edition
gears of war 2TB xbox one S and tried to access my save and it has disappeared. The game is trying to make me restart all over again and I don't want to because I put too much time and effort to just give up on it. I have been on the phone to Xbox support
and have had no luck. They have told me my best bet is to speak to an engineer here on the forums as there is no other way to contact them so could an engineer please help me

Recently, i bought Forza Horizon 3. My Xbox wasn't connected to internet. I played the game without internet and it worked well. When i connected my console to Internet, it said that ''Forza Horizon 3 Needs An Update To Work''. I cancelled the update and
it uninstalled the game. Obviously, i had no games saved to the cloud. Can i recover my saved game? If yes, how can i?

To clarify, are you missing content within Forza Horizon 3 or is the game completely missing from your account?

 

If you made the save on your sisters account, then that's the only account that will have that save in the cloud and the only one that will be able to access it. You cannot transfer saves from one account to another. You'll either have to continue playing

Yes I am aware of that but I mistakenly wrote account instead of Xbox as the save game was made on MY account on my sisters old Xbox (Which I don't have access to currently) and it isn't available on my new Xbox and I just want to see if an engineer from
Xbox could help me by going into some database or something and retrieving my previous save and making it my current save in the cloud. Because I definitely was online whilst playing the game and didn't quit when it was saving or anything yet it disappeared

I'm sorry to see any frustrations, however what you are looking for isn't possible. Engineers aren't generally on our forums, and if your save isn't being pulled from the cloud it's not there. I apologize for any miscommunication with this situation.

Previous saves are only available if a game has it set up to have multiple saves like Skyrim or Mass Effect. SN1P3R is correct; you will have to either start over, or get access to your sister's console again to ensure the save is synced properly.

I'm happy to clarify further if needed! Again, I am sorry to see the situation, but game saves have incredibly limited troubleshooting.
