    "Which one do you want to use?

    You get this message when your console has newer or different locally saved data than what’s saved in the cloud, usually after you play offline. You’ll be given the choice of which saved data to use, the locally saved or the cloud saved version (and you’ll
    be notified which is newer). Pick the “save” you want to use and continue."

    When playing Mass Effect Andromeda on my Xbox one, I ran into the message above and accidentally selected the 'older' option. Now I can't see the newer save files (the ones I need). Is there a way to get that pop up and choose the newer files? Or are they
    just gone now?

    I really hope they aren't just gone, what a flawed save system if they are.

    Please assist, I appreciate any help.

    Deleting saved game files.

    If you've been cheating then yes they get wiped, but no-one here should be doing that

    Unfortunately you would have overwritten the newer saves when you selected the old ones. There would be no way to get them back.

    Hay EBJ, I don't have cloud storage set up.

    I've tried multiple times deleting the game and downloading it again, then when I play the game I get the option of continuing an old game save... that's what I DONT want.

    Its the easiest achievement in the world and it frustrating having it not unlock.

    I've tried playing online, offline and also playing from internal hard drive and external hard drive.

    Hi Geovanymartinez1, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    I apologize but there is no option to undo the changes that were made because the save file has been already replaced.

    Hi, you may be using cloud storage in which case you would need to delete the game save from both your Xbox and cloud in order to start the game over..

    Where exactly can I find the save files? I can see the game itself under storage but no individual save files. The game is saving my options, so I'm assuming there's a save file somewhere.
