Saved data on Xbox 360 are compatible with Xbox One?

Hi to all, right now I'm playing this wonderful game on my xbox 360, but I want to purchase the Xbox one version too. So the question is... will my saved data on xbox 360 be available on the new xbox one version?

360 disc drive died - transfer PvZ GW game data to One?

I see Plants Vs. Zombies on the list of Xbox 360 games that are backwards compatible on the Xbox One. If you have PvZ on disc, you should be able to put the disc in the Xbox One, download the 360 version, and continue on with the 360's saved game data
(if you had it stored on the cloud on the 360).

No it is not compatible. The only thing I have seen that can be brought from the 360 to the One is your gamertag... nothing else. but I could be wrong since your PvZ account is housed on an EA server it may...

xXCamhawkXx is right. It's not compatible. I bought the 360 version before I bought my Xbox One console. Ranked up past level 90. Then I received the Xbox One version of this game as a gift and when I played it, I had to start all over from scratch. None
of my unlocked characters, upgrades, skins, etc., transferred over. So sad. But I can re-unlock all those achievements again.

Hi there,

if the save game is correctly saved on Xbox Live via cloud storage and the 360 game is supported via Backwards compatibility on Xbox One and you are using the same account on Xbox One as on the Xbox 360 then the save game should be available.

I'm afraid that it is not possible to do as you explain. You will need to move the save data to the cloud, since Xbox 360 and Xbox one operating systems are different and also not all 360 games are backward compatible with xbox one. How to move data to
the cloud on xbox 360 is explained in this old link

Um, not quite sure where you got the info but it is incorrect. Nothing will transfer but the Profile. The two (Xbox One and Xbox 360) are not compatible for Data in any way other then just the Profile. The Xbox One is not BC towards
the Xbox 360 or any Game Save or Game Content Data.

will moving all saved data onto the cloud can keep everything saved and can still be seen on my xbox live profile on my xbox one? In other words all my saved progress from the 360 will not be deleted from my xbox live profile after moving the data to the
cloud and can be able to continue playing the 360 games on my xbox one with the backwards compatibility?

You can't transfer the 360 Game saves with a USB stick. You will have to put the Saves into the cloud with xbox live gold. If the game is backwards compatible then you can pull that data from the cloud on your xbox one.
