    Saved data game problem


    hello I had this problem for over 4 weeks and so far on many differnt games it's coming up with this message which I have took a photo off I have reseted I have check the drive the connection tried clearing I tried ip check and the games are on a storage
    device but the device works fine the only option I have left is either sending it to you for checks or swoping with my hubbys Xbox see what happens but I have no idea why it's doing this I basically I can't play any games with out this poping up themthe Xbox
    one x crashes and goes black on the screen I need help I don't know what to do

    Launching problem

    Before reinstalling please try and delete the saved data of the game from your console. Corrupt Saved data can cause the problem. Your saved data will sync from the cloud when you open the game again

    An XBL Membership limitation does not allow you to access this feature. - Madden 16

    Ok guys I had the same issue and took the following steps:

    1. Delete saved game data from xbox one. Did not fix problem.

    2.delete saved game data from everywhere. Did not fix problem started new save game data. No fix.

    3.deleted entire game and any updates. Reinstalled/downloaded. Kept save data. Problem fixed.

    In short. Uninstaller and delete game including updates. Keep your saved game data. Redownload and reinstall. This worked for me.

    Saved data game problem

    ive been having this problem for three weeks. I've had to resety xbox 2-3 times a week. And three times I've gotten e100 error codes. I've done a straight factory reset once and still having the problem. Were you been able to find a fix?

    Lost Save Data

    Your saved games data is stored in the cloud as well as the HDD if you delete the saved games data from HDD by accident it will sync from the cloud, at the moment there is a service alert which could be causing your problem.

    To delete the saved game data; go to 'system' in the settings tab and get into the 'storage' folder and then select 'All Devices' (or the device you have the BF3 saved game data on). go to 'games and apps', then select 'Battlefield 3' go down to 'PROFILE
    SAVE DATA' and select 'delete'. restart the game and it should of deleted the problem, along with your saved campaign progress(oh well, thats all it will delete). GOOD LUCK!
