    Save not syncing


    I recently downloaded the latest update for Fallout 4 after not playing for a couple of weeks. I go to play the game and it starts trying to sync to the cloud. I let it sit for about 25 minutes or so and it didn't sync so I cancelled the sync and went to
    Fallout 4->manage game to check on my save only to realize it wasn't on my Xbox anymore. Last I checked I had a close to 2 gb save file and now I have none. I've tried multiple hard resets with no success. I've started the sync again. It's been going on for
    close to 2 hours now with no change. Is there anything I can do at this point to get my cloud save?

    Is there a problem with Xbox X software

    it added online storage for game saves, all it is doing is syncing your profile and saves.

    Cuphead save on Xbox overwritten by PC / Game Anywhere

    when loading a play anywhere game on either pc or xbox it will sync the save, if this was cancelled which is easy to do it will not sync and will upload a new save, there is no way to recover an overwritten save.

    Hello Julian S! I'm Kris and I'd be happy to help you with your question.

    If you have overwritten the console save and that has sync to the cloud, then then the other save is lost. If the save in the cloud is one you want back as not synced, you can try deleting local save and let it sync from the cloud.

    If you're having trouble syncing the saves to the new console, just start the game that the saves are for. That should sync them all up for you.
