Save Lost

Hello

After a connection problem with xbox live I have lost all save for QB ???

How to restore it on my Xbox ?

I Have Tested to play play offline and after to delete just local file and download the cloud data but it's the same.

Could you help me please ?

Sorry, but there's currently there is no way to restore what you've lost. The only thing you can do is just redo it all.

Hello there! I was recently playing Quantum Break, the game is installed externally and I am running a preview build of the Xbox Dashboard.

I contacted support, I redownloaded my account and I also before I redownloaded was having issues with notifications, now they're working fine.

1334952037 is the number the person from xbox support gave me to post here, if that helps.

I was on chapter two and I have the game progress to prove it along with the time played

Same thing after a connection problem with Xbox Live I've lost the saves to! Xbox Support can't help me. Maybe it's a special problem with the game. Hope MS will patch it soon!

Habe versucht unter "Spiel verwalten" die lokalen Saves gelöscht und neu synchronisiert beim Spielstart. Leider ohne Erfolg!

I have tryed to delete the local saves and to synchronize but it hasn't worked...

 

Auch löschen des Zwischenspeichers, sowie löschen und neu anmelden des Profils ergaben ebenfalls null Erfolg.

 

10th April, I was playing the game, nearly finished, console crashed, save won't load keep being told to start new game. No connection issues when I was playing.
