Save keep deleting

As per description, Xbox One deleted by itself even though you are saving it. It's a kind of weird as it was not showing any error message. Let us check on this together and sort this out to assist your concern. However, before we proceed, we would like to ask few questions about it.

2. Was this happening to other games or for a particular game only?
   
3. If this was working before, any recent activity or changes prior to the problem?

to be clear, the saved game I keep deleting will not delete. Everytime I start up the game it loads my previous career

I deleted any duplicate keys from my inventory. You dont need duplicate keys at all.

.

Also dont confuse saves with save "files" I have over 1,800 saves but only 5 save files. You can save as many times as you want but make sure you only keep around 5-10 save "files". Keep in mind it autosaves all the time so constantly delete those or
if you want, disable the autosaves.

I typically save my most recent 10 saves, deleting all saves older than that. It gives me plenty of insurance while keeping the save slate relatively clean.
