    Save Gone


    I have been speaking to xbox and ubisoft support for the past 6 hours and I have not been succesful in getting my save back what happned is today I turned my xbox on and my save for assassins creed origins has gone which I spent
    over 41 hours on no one deleted in the game or on the xbox console I have tried many troubleshooting options with both support teams and nothing is working my life has been turned upside down I have also been told the game save is overridden or corrupted xbox
    support has told me to put this post up to see if the specailist could some how recover/save it or partially save it I was level 35.i would love if someone would assist me with this matter as this problem has made my life hell and is everyone gamer's worst
    nightmare

    Save data Gone

    I can play the game just fine, it even says it's "saving" while in game, but if I quit to the main menu there's no continue option and it acts like a new game.

    im having issues with Xbox one aswell even got screen shots of it saying Save/Load fail its bs but from what i seen it all falls onto the cloud surver witch is what is failing us as it only holds a tiny bit of game data and once filled were **** as there
    is no way to empty it that i know of atleast and the syncing of the game forces it to reinstall all the saves so it will fail automaticly that is were Xbox 360 was king atleast there we could whipe entire files if stuff like this happened

    Sorry to hear you have this issue. However, you were sent to the forums in error. There is no specialist here that can recover a lost save. The forums are mainly populated by gamers like yourself who are unable to assist with this.

    Unfortunately, if the save was overidden or corrupt I'm afraid there is no way to recover it.

    i have this same issue at level 36.... have been in touch with both Xbox and ubisoft with each pointing the finger at the other.

    My hard drive has failed and wiped its self into a storage device

    I'm afraid not. Once your saves are gone then they are gone for good.
