Save Glitch

    Save Glitch


    Today I was playing and I built a mob farm. I had saved 3 times before, and I saved and exited the game while at the farm. I came back later to find myself at my spawn point (bed), and my inventory was the same as it had been before, but the world was not.
    The world had gone back to the save from 2 saves ago, and most of my progress on the farm was lost. The only good thing I managed to do was somehow duplicate over a stack of Jungle wood (I had chopped some before, and the tree was back, but the wood I had
    chopped was still in my inventory).

    Is there any solution to this? I don't want to have to rebuild most of the farm, but I understand if there's nothing I can do.

    "The Sims 3" finally patched!

    Did this patch work for everyone? The reason I ask is because my daughter still has the save glitch even after applying the patch. Is anyone who had the the save glitch able to try those saves and where they were able to save?

    might be a glitch save often

    edit: i know u said glitch I went a while and had to restart... just think it'll make the game last that much longer

    Since I don't know how/if you can edit these:

    I have an update. I went back to the farm, and apparently it still exists, the blocks are just invisible.

    No-I mean sticky as in worn out.The stick doesnt spring back to neutral position like it did when it was new.Its like I am locked in a constant struggle with my controller over which way my character moves.If I set my controller down my character will keep
    moving while I'm gone. Although I did spill chili on a controller once.

    Eww, why is your joystick sticky? I keep my controller mad clean. If just a little dust gets on it, I'll get a whole cotton swab and wipe dat sh*t off.

    I would say luck yes but not beginners luck.This game is one of the most difficult ever.Try the mission where you have to assemble mines at JBA headquarters.Even with 5 mulligans I still havent finished a single mine yet.Could be the sticky thumbstick causing
    problems though.

    yea, you need a new controller. i have played and still own that game. when i first bought my xbox 360, my first 3 games where gears of war, condemened crimal origins and splinter cell double agent. it is tough in some area's.
