Save game transfers to pc

The Sims 4 is not a play anywhere game, and so the saves cannot be transferred over to the PC. You will have to start again on there.

Only if they are part of the Xbox Play anywhere program. Other than that, no game saves can not be transferred from Xbox to PC versions of a game.

The saves are stored on the cloud. So any games you're playing that are Play Anywhere or support cross-saves will automatically sync your save from the PC when you start them on the Xbox. Otherwise, you can't transfer the saves.

Just to note, your saves will only transfer between the PC and the console if the title is a "Play Anywhere" game.

If it is not a "Play Anywhere" game, then your progress will not transfer.

Ok it's finally working ! This is the process :

1- Reinstall the game on PC for cloud access

2 - transfer your saves to the cloud

3- go on your last saves on your pc games and saves the game

4- boot your Xbox games and you can launch the last save you made on PC
