    Save Files Missing


    My pc gamepass account glitched out for a bit, it acted like I wasn't logged in or had no gamepass subscription when I did, and I was able to fix it with support and get logged in properly. But then
    when I launched the game (Final Fantasy 15) I noticed all my save data was gone. My settings were saved, but save data was missing. Is there a cloud back up I can download or something? What happened to it?

    I am sorry but I am afraid your save files are gone. When you delete your profile you are given 2 options

    1: Delete profile along with all data associated with the profile

    2: Delete profile only

    -

    If you did not do it correctly the save files were deleted, i am sorry to say.

    -

    If I recall correctly there is nothing you can do to get them back.

    Hi,

    Fear not, your progress is saved in the cloud. Your save files are also stored on the console itself.

    If a save is missing it will be synced.
