Save File randomly deleted and no appearing on cloud saves

If a save game was corrupted there is no way to get it back. If you want to make an effort contact the game's dev support and ask if they can help you.

As long as you only deleted a local save file, the game synch the save file in the cloud automatically. If you delete both of the save files there is no chance that you can get that back.

That depends on whether the console has already synchronized the deleted game to the cloud.

If the console hasn't deleted the game save from the cloud yet, the game sync with the save file in the cloud automatically. When you start the game, it'll download the save from the cloud.

If the game save however is gone in the cloud as well, then there is currently no way to get it back again.

If you went to Menu > Manage Games > Saves > Delete Save Data > “Delete Everywhere“, it's deleted from the cloud and can't be recovered.

This can sometimes be caused by the local save file. If you have cloud synced saves enabled, go ahead and delete the local save file then restart the download.

The data on the cloud it not the save file I need the cloud saved the new save to it before I noticed it the only data left of the game save is on the console itself with no gamer picture on it meaning its no ones save file.

I will try deleting my profile only without the saved games and hopefully when I sign in it connects me to the right save file.
