    I get a save file Error when loading Microsoft Solitaire and can't sign into my Micro Soft XBox account, say communication error . I got hacked and a Norton rep removed some corrupted files and had issues with Mirosoft Solitaire ever since.

    Can't log in because of 80151103

    Every time I try to log into XBL I have to put my Microsoft account and password into a sign in screen. I do so but when it loads I get an error and it fails to sign me in. So every time I try to log in I get the error and therefor can't save the setting
    have it auto sign in the Microsoft account. This is very VERY annoying. Please help

    Hey guys.


    I don't know if am allowed to post help threads as I see no specific sections but I thought I needed to get help from somewhere.

    I'm getting an error when trying to download my old account. It still has xbox gold ( and gold pp901m on mw3 Save file Error when loading and can't sign into my MicroSoft XBox account say communication ... :) and i guesss Save file Error when loading and can't sign into my MicroSoft XBox account say communication ... :( ) and i need to get the account back so i can play on it again.

    This is what the error says . ( for some reason you can't dl profiles offline but you used to be able to )

    ERROR: Sorry, there's a problem with the credentials that you are using to sign in.

    Visit https:// account.live .com to fix the problem.

    I have gone to account.live and tried to sign in with my old account. but it says password is wrong ( even though the DL profiles says it's correct ) I have also gone to Can't access your account but that is no help niether is Google or Youtube.

    Please help me. Thanks.

    Please try the troubleshooting steps on this page HERE and let us know if it helps. Sometimes something as simple as reinstalling
    the game will fix an issue like this.

    Sorry to say but saved files (and files in general) from the Xbox app/Microsoft store are encrypted
    This means that you can't export saves or copy the folders

    Hello, when you say your losing these accounts, what exactly is happening? IS the game file actually saving?? Is the file being corrupted along the way? Does an error message come up when you trey to load the saved game?? Need a little more infor to try

    I have also experienced this problem. When profile A is signed in save file A is loaded. Then profile B signs in and instead of loading save file B it overwrites save file B with save file A. Huge problem. With no way to back up our save files to fix this
    issue when it happens we are essentially restricted to one profile per console.
