    Hello everyone, I have an issue that is pretty urgent as nothing else I have tried works.

    For those of you that don't know, TBOI:R is a game in which the achievements aren't just for show, but they unlock phases of the game, including bosses and items and rooms that otherwise wouldn't be there, so this isn't just a bug about achievements being gone (Which they aren't) but that the save file I have been playing on is now gone.

    I have tried looking for backups, which I didn't know were only hardware accessible, Logging In/out of my Xbox, (Series X), deleting/reinstalling the game, deleting local saves to override and access cloud saves logging in on a different Xbox, etc.

    I still have all of my statistics and achievements.

    Is there anything else I have missed? Should I contact TBOI Support? I did see a few people online across various forums have the same issue as me but was 2 years ago.

    thanks for your quick answer.

    Im trying to redeem via PC/CEL and XBOX ONE X. The DLC works with xbox one x ( which is the one I was gifted ). The full game ( base game + 3 DLC ) works only on series X and S ( I did not buy or was gifted with this one ( . I know that ( it even shows that in the description of the DLC )

    I will wait for 24 hours and will ask for a refund. too bad I wish I could play it.

    Do you have a way to check if its a temporary problem with the store?

    Did you try to redeem the code online via this link or on your console?

    It may be a temporary problem with the store, wait 24 hours and if the problem persists, ask your friend for a refund.

    Also, note that this game is for Xbox Series S/X if you have an Xbox One it will not work on your console.
