    tried clearing the system cache still not working

    yes i did the system update on the old console.

    so that's it i lost 60 hours of my game play ?

    I've gone through
    a couple Title Updates for ME3. It didn't cause problems for my save.
    Corrupted saves appear to happen with Dark Souls from time to time.

    Unfortunately the only way to get it back is to replay it. That's been an issue with a couple of the Forza games sadly. The same thing happened to me with Forza 5 and I was close to finishing it. I still haven't picked it up since that happened.
