Save data of game Have a nice death on Xbox Cloud disappeared

Verify that the console is online and that the network connection has no problems. If the network is working properly, try to eliminate the local data saves of the two games and re-synchronize them with the cloud's saves. Data is saved on clouds and if you
have not deleted your data (with overwrite), you can recover them.

Since the achievements appear to have disappeared, it would seem just a sync problem, and as a result you can delete your profile from the console and re-download it again.

You missed the point entirely.

Xbox Life Cloud Save continued syncing with my local Xbox One hard drive every time I started the game. The complete safe was never lost, otherwise the sync would have restored it.

When part of my information disappeared, the sync still happened, but treated the new version -- with the missing data -- as official, and overwrite the other save (that was not missing anything) with the one that was.

Cloud save worked to back up my save, but could not recognize that my save had mysteriously lost some data.

Thank you for keeping up with us. The option to clear local saved data removes saved data from the console itself. As long as the console has a connection to Xbox Live, saved games are automatically stored in the cloud. If you have any games that you have
played while offline, we recommend going online with those games to upload the saved data to the cloud. Once all you saved data is secured on the cloud, we suggest clearing the local saved games. Sometimes an account may have trouble with collecting the saved
data from the cloud. This is where clearing local saved games can help. The option to clear local saved games will re-sync the saved data from the cloud to your account. We hope this helps!

I understand you need help on your saved data problem.

Most of the time, saved data on games are stored to the cloud and to the console storage. If this data is not syncing on your cloud, this may not have been saved properly on the Xbox One.

If you still have the Xbox One console, I suggest going back to the game on there and check if you still have your data so you can load and save it again to sync the data again through cloud.

Save data for the Xbox One is actually saved on both the harddrive and the cloud, if you move all your content to an external drive it should be moved to that drive as well but the cloud data stays where it is.

If however you should lose your local save data, the next time you boot up the game it will ask you to upload local data or download your save from the cloud. When you click download you will have a copy as local data again as well as cloud based.
