Save data for Monster hunter world is missing.

Hello!

I've been playing monster hunter world for a few months now. Advanced quite a bit with no problems. Though, yesterday when I started the game, it started buffering with the "Synchronizing save data" screen. It happens sometimes, but this time it took quite
a while and when it was done, it said that it could not synchronize the data. I tried again a couple times but with the same result. I googled and saw recommendations to hard reset the console. Tried twice. Didn't work. Tried letting it be turned of completely
for five minutes. Didn't work. Tired resetting the console while not deleting games etc. Didn't work. A friend tried logging in on my account on his console, but the same result. Nothing worked and I really don't want to lose my progress.

Please help!

XBOX has abandoned chinese market!!!!!!!!!!

As far as Monster hunger world keep in mind "Monster Hunter: World is no longer for sale
in China. Governmental regulators in that country have pulled its license, and the continued operation of the game is not guaranteed." my understanding is this applies to all versions including Xbox, PC, and Playstation.

 

Monster Hunter World save deleted ???

I'm actually experiencing a issue with Monster Hunter World :

I left my Xbox One ON on the main menu and went off for some hour, everything was working as intended but, when i came back, i tried loading my game but i got kicked out of him. Game said that i need to be online for this but i was so i didn't really understand.
I tried to load back the game but profile got disconnected at the exact moment when the game load my profile to got my save (and i think this is the cause of my problem), so i log on again but got kicked out a second and a third time. I turned off my console
and load it back again and it did the same thing. After a lot of tried, 2-3 restart and even a restart of my internet connexion, it as stop doing werd thing. So i load the game another time and the game made a "restart", i had to choose again the contrast
and the language, and when i was in the main menu, the "load save" button was not here and i just had the "start a new game" button

My save his nowhere so i kind of irritated and scared because It was a 65+h save and i DON'T WANT TO RESTART from zero, if you can tell me if it's a problem from my console, or if Xbox Live is the problem because i saw that some service had problems (like
the store) and if i have to contact Capcom if the problem came from them.

I hope to have a quick answer.

yesterday there was a service alert for cloud saves, that's why you weren't able to retrieve your save. try again now since the issue should be fixed and you shouldn't have lost anything.

Sometimes pressing on Use offline will get the save data because it saves both locally and in the cloud.

I tried starting it again today and it worked. Thank you!

 

The cloud storage had problems yesterday, it was fixed but there is still and ongoing issue with Buying items, redeeming codes, or downloading purchases.

If you do run until it again, when it fails press on use offline you can receive your save data.
