    Bonjour, j'ai fais une demande de sav pour ma manette élite 2 le 04/06/2020. La manette est arrivé au centre de réparation le 12/06/2020 via UPS et depuis je n'a plus de nouvelle et il m'est impossible de contacter le support Microsoft.

    Comment faire?

    When you go to
    Contact Us     to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select no thanks
    • Step 3-----select games
    • Step 4 ----select request a call from support
    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you.
