    Bonjour, suite a mon renouvellement d'abonnement xboxlive, toutes mes sauvegardes ont été supprimées dans resident evil, j'etait au niveau 50 avec tout les bonus trinity,et je me retrouve d'un coup a zero, pouvez vous m'expliquer ce qu'il c'est passer ?

    You may want to try a power cycle or clearing the MAC address to refresh the console. It could just be a cloud sync error

    Make sure your profile is loaded on correctly and that you are playing with the same account that you unlocked those saves with.

    To clear the MAC address:

    Go to Settings - Network - Network Setting - Advanced Settings - Alternate MAC Address - Clear - (and allow your Xbox to restart)

    Also, I would suggest
    Removing and Re-Adding your profile to the console     .
