Hi there John welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Talking from my experience the only way to get that information is to talk to a Microsoft agent amd then get escalated to a higher up! That is why the Contac Us page seems so generic!
