    Hey guys, I have a Sanyo Dp52449 TV. My Xbox one was connected to it for years with no problem. I took it over to my dads one day and now the tv isn't seeing it anymore. The xbox works on a different tv in the house with no problems. I bought a brand
    new HDMi cable and it recognizes the Roku, but not the xbox. I've tried all three ports, switched ends of the HDMI, made sure it's in the to TV output on the xbox, unplugged everything, did the hold down for 10 second reboot... Literally not sure what else
    I could try. Any thoughts? Just really idd that everything is working independently of one another, but not when connected. This is the biggest tv in the house, plus it's the one in the living room, so I'd love to get it working again. TIA!!!

    Hi Brad and thanks for the reply. I did all that and it still didn't work. The console does work on a different tv so I'm reluctant to think it's the tv.

    Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue with a blank screen. We recommend trying out the
    troubleshoot wizard for blank screen. Please be sure to try all of these
    and let us know. If still having issue not seeing anything you may want to think on getting the console repaired. You can set one up on the
    device support page.

    I would also download the TV manual from Sanyo's official website, and see if you are putting the plugs in the correct sockets on the TV, the manual might tell you how high a resolution your TV can go up to with the component cables.

    Well at least I'm not alone in this.

    TV: Sanyo Plasma

    Cable: Xfiniti

    Box: Motorola QIP7232 2

    Set up: CBox to HDMI to Xbox to HDMI to TV

    Hope you guys can get this fixed soon.
