Hello,

I just received an email stating a violation of the Microsoft service agreement.

I am surprised because this is already the second time, when it is the same month that receive messages of insults from other players!

I do not say that I do not answer them, but in no case do I start the conversation. I find the penalty much too heavy and far too unfair.

I would like to see a penalty raise, knowing that I have been paying a live service for many years and this is the first time I have seen it ...

How can i get an explanations of a sanction ?

Hello,

I received a sanction on xbox live for a message i sent and i don't understand why.

I would know how can i dispute and question this sanction please ?

I think that this sanction is not well justified ans not good for the xbox live programme given the context.

It's possible that there may be an issue with your Xbox Live account that is causing the suspension message to appear incorrectly. I would recommend contacting Xbox support for further assistance. You can contact them via phone and live chat at support.xbox.com/contact-us.

It could also be a bug in the Alpha Skip Ahead ring that causing the issue, reporting it to Microsoft will help them investigate and fix it. It's also worth noting that being in the Alpha Skip Ahead ring can come with some risks, and there may be unexpected bugs or issues that arise while using it.

Two things I donno that brand ups (the actual brand) or cyberpower is better known

2nd don't set up an account in Russia it won't work considering the sanctions

Also Ukraine isnt an xbox live region

Signing in from.a sanctioned or embargoed region could.earn a ban
