Missing pre-order reward codes

Hi, I never recieved the pre-order reward codes for:

"South Park, Stick of Truth" from my pre-order of "South Park, Fractured But Whole"

and

My pre-order reward code for "Dishonored" from pre-ordering "Dishonored 2"

Morning all,

Wanted to clarify that when we pre-order dishonored 2 the dishonored definitive edition does not arrive until after dishonored 2 releases, correct?

You would need to speak with phone/chat support. Refunds are at their discretion and it's not something we can do on the forums.

Hi! Sorry to hear that. I believe there are no refunds on purchases but you could try calling support to see if they might be able to issue you the refund. You can call them at 1-800-469-9269.

When you pre ordered the game from that date you may have to wait a bit for it to show as yours
