    SAMURAI SHODOWN SEASON PASS NOT WORKING PLEASE FIX 8/13/09 We are getting upset!!!!


    I've been reading all the forums and Microsoft phone support is down , you can't call them , I've bought the character which was supposed to be free but I haven't downloaded her yet, this is not fair for two companies cant get together and give the gamers
    what was promised , which was a free season 1 dlc; rather it prompts us to buy the season pass, which is working great and it will charge you.

    I've done :

    uninstall dlc retro nakoruru and reinstalled her - nothing changes

    re-downloaded the free season pass several times .. (which is now deleted)

    I have latest update and I'm signed into my account. I went to redeem season pass prompt to charge me $19.99

    I've tried to download the dlc character , it charged me 5.99 rather then free .

    The offical Samurai-shodown.com website is also down ( which is printed instruction book with game )

    Please fix, my gamer tag aceiswild2k6

    Samurai Shodown!!

    This game takes me back to my younger years where we took our pocket money to go play at the arcade machines outside certain shops untill we eventually got our 8-bit "Family Computer"

    So yeah, I might be getting this....

    No Access to Samurai Shodown's Season Pass

    The season pass might not show up even if you downloaded it because nothing is available right now. The first dlc character releases in august then october, december and february. I think one retro costume is all you get right now. If you go to thhe
    xbox store it should say you own this product.
