Samsung SUHD Smart LED setting to LOW or HIGH?

The question is not really related to XBox One itself, but to the Samsung 48" SUHD JS8500 TV i have. It has full HDR support, but i am confused about what level of the Smart LED setting to use, and would like to ask people here with similar TV as i have?
What is the BEST Smart LED settings for normal TV use, video and for gaming? LOW or HIGH? I have set it to LOW, based on test from severalf from the net, but just want to be sure...

Need help buying a new TV for my xbox one.

Iv also just found a Samsung 42" 1080p LED (100hz Refresh) kinda thinking to go for this one cause i don't need the smart TV or 3D but id just like to know what kinda refresh rate i should be looking at to have low input lag on gaming?

Samsung SUHD Smart LED setting to LOW or HIGH?

    Hi

This will be mostly down to your own personal taste but I believe when the TV detects a HDR signal it will up the back lighting to maximum on its own.

Thanks I also think for maximal HDR effect, setting Smart LED to HIGH for Game and Video would be it, while normal TV watching to LOW. Again, taste and feel
