I'm going through the same problem so I hook up my gears 1s and it works perfectly so I hook the1x back up I can't get the 4k option and it started showing in 480/380

whilst it isn't QLED you won't be disappointed, just make sure you use HDMI1 as that will be dedicated for 4k and also turn on HDR+ mode in picture settings.

Do you have the XB1X plugged into HDMI1? Try it in that socket, also try turning on HDR+ in picture, special viewing mode. My Samsung only displays Xbox 4k through HDMI1 so that is your first thing to do.

Good to know, I am almost sure I have mine on HDMI1 with HDR+ enabled. I will have to doublecheck but I am on the same boat. I have the Samsung UN65KS8000FXZA also with HDR10

I like using my 65" Samsung 4K with HDR and my 50" Samsung 4K with HDR. I mainly play games on the 50" with my Xbox One X. More Netflix and movies on the 65" with my Xbox One S.

Sorry you're having issues getting 4k / HDR with your TV. Looking at the specs of your TV it doesn't appear to be HDR, so that wouldn't be an option. With Samsung's MU Series TV you would need to be in the 7000 range, and not the 6000 range. That said, I
have a Samsung HDR 4K, and to get it to properly register you need to go to the Samsung menu and enable UHD color on the HDMI port you're using. If you don't do that, then the Xbox won't detect it correctly.

I'm sure that BENQ does some great monitors, at the moment for my X I'm using a 4k HDR curved samsung TV.
