Same unit repair, not really a same unit repair

I specifically requested my White Xbox one to be repaired and sent back to me, I was assured it was noted and that I would get a white xbox one back. Unit shipped today and it is a different serial number and its black.

I will not accept this and I am rejecting the package when it gets to my door and it will be shipped back to send/MS. I Fully expect to receive My/A White X1 back.

The only reason I went through MS for a repair is because it is impossible to go to a store and exchange it for a white one as they are all gone. If I wanted a *** black one, I could have like item exchanged for one that day and not waited a month. What
is so hard about taking in a order, opening the box, putting a new disk drive in it and then shipping it back to the customer?

I would contact phone support but I feel that it would be a huge waste of time ...others have posted that all they say is 14 to 21 days and that they wont do much inside that timeframe ...14 days would be acceptable ...5 days to receive the console ..4 days
to repair it or ship a refurb idc which as long as it works ...five days for me to get it back ..21 days...makes no sense

First off im not one to complain but a year ago I paid 529.99 for a day one edition ... last week the console began freezing and the disk drive was have trouble reading my games. I called Microsoft got a cool agent (which they usually are) who set
me up for a return service) 6 days ago I mailed my xbox back ...they have received it at the service center and the expected completion date is 02/20/2015 this is unacceptable to me 25 days that I have to be out my console ....they offer a advance exchange
if they can put a hold on your card for 415 dollars ...even though a brand new console is only 349.99 at best buy ...they offer no form of reimbursement like a free game or something for your inconvenience. I am quite frankly disappointed in the whole process.
