    yes unfortunately it is your xbox check if your warranty is still good or renew it for 25$ then you should be covered. id send it in, it isnt worth ruining your games. fortunatly since you just got the game you should be able to replace it aswell

    Contact your retail store. You can check to see if the game disk was under any warranty. If not, then unfortunately you have to purchase a new disk or get it fixed.

    Click on Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue and you will get called back quicker than if you waited in queue on hold.
