    How is it I buy the Borat profile picture pack with real money in 2008 and now in 2022 Im being harassed by a typical xbox support team member and I am robbed of my profile picture which I bought and had used for 20 years. Wow this platform is so disgustingly backwards.

    Are you sure it's an Xbox support member? It would say on their profile on the console, on the web and in the forums if they were.

    The same thing happend to me but instead I actually did have a somewhat profile picture that could be considered controversial, it was a Trump 2020 profile picture but somehow I got a communication suspension out of it even though it had nothing to do with communications, ive been suspended before for having an inappropriate profile picture about a year ago and this didnt happen, I just got suspended by not being able to customize my profile picture.

    How to change XBOX account WITHOUT DELETEING the old email.

    Each Xbox profile can only be attached to One Microsoft (MS) account ever.

    You can have multiple aliases attached to One MS account.

    By what it is sounding like you attached your original Xbox profile to one of your parents email addresses and are now wanting to attach that Xbox profile to your Email address.

    I am assuming the original email address that your parents have is still in use and that is quite impressive to have the same email address for 20 years like that. If I had the same email address for 20 years I do not think I would want to get rid of it
    either.
