    Same problem on Feb 3 and 4.


    Please let me know how to access the daily challenges that are not accessible at this time. Seems these challenges are missing a link to ads and then to play. Please help as this is a game-wide problem by all that are expressing frustration over the same
    problem.

    Same problem as others! Mahjong crashes on Feb 3 easy daily challenge on medium game and on Feb. 4.

    3 Feb 14 Easy Classic puzzle crashes

    I'm new to this forum. I was wondering, will someone from xbox or microsoft acknowledge this problem in this forum? Or are the games unsupported? I am experiencing the same problem with Feb 3 (Easy) and Feb 4 (Medium) failing to load and causing the app
    to reload.

    We are aware of this issue and we are working diligently to get it resolved. Same problem on Feb 3 and 4. :)

    I have the same problem on Feb 3 and 4. Frustrating since last month I conquered every game for the month and hoped to do it again this month. Love this game and the solitaire. Hope they fix the problem

    Same here. Windows 8.1 Lenovo N585. Feb. 1 & 2 daily challenges worked great. All of Feb 3 is crashing and I was able to do the Expert Level on Feb. 4 daily challenges.

    Me too! Never had a problem until Feb 3, 2014 and it was only one out of the three daily challenges for Microsoft Mahjong and it happened again today Feb 4 , 2014.
